We did not realize that the spa is only available for one hour per apartment. When we arrived (around 4 p.m.), we tried to book the spa, but it was not available that day. As a result, we were only able to use it once for one hour, which was a big disappointment.

The location is very good, close to the center, it's nice that there is a place to park the car. Very clean room.This is our second time at this place with my family and our choice has not disappointed us.

I would like the hotel to have a washing machine.

The internet connection was poor .

Very nice bulidings and location - very close to the city centre and some shops around. Well maintained yard and the spring in the backyard was charming. The communication with the manager was ok, although I tried to get a lower appartment, since we had to carry our dog up and down to the 2nd floor each time, but he hasn`t seemed to understand me... The Bathroom was very beatiful with heated floor and nice-size shower cabin. It was clean.

Well, the matrasse - like really??? I thought booking not a low-price appartment would mean cosy and relaxing holiday, but I couldn`t sleep for 3 nights almost at all, even if I put all the available duwees under me... No sound isolation at all: there was a family above us with kids running around all the time, as if it was a herd of animals, moving furnitures and throbbing with legs all the time... You could here all the sounds of door closing, people screaming on the straircase all echoing. And the breakfast: I buy breakfast because my husband is a cofee-lover, so it is not because of the food (we do not eat breakfast usually), but because of the coffee. SO NOT THE CASE HERE: the breakfast was delivered to our doors by a catering company, with no coffee, hard bread and low quality food... even the friut was rotten... we left the all almost untouched. And in the appartment there were 3 coffee capsules for 2 people for 3 nights... Thanks... and the dishes were simply dirty and greasy. + No microwave! We couldn`t even buy coffee since it was easter and the shops nearby were closed.
