Fajne miejsce wypadowe, blisko wszędzie. Apartament czysty i fajny, dobrze wyposażony w podstawowe rzeczy do funkcjonowania. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Sypialnia wystarczająca i wygodna. Salon wygodny.
Dwa telewizory: w salonie telewizor z jednym program odbierającym. W sypialni żaden program nie odbiera.
