Tiny, but decent apartment, good Location, has basically everything we needed - mind your head with the low ceiling in most places.
We had big trouble with the internet, either it was slow or it disconnected itself completley every now and so often. I mentioned this to the owner and got a reply that in the past it had worked fine, and maybe should try other access points in the house. Obviously this did not help our case, and when I finally managed to establish and prove that the internet was really bad, the last reply I got was: "I understand. That's weird". No apology, no attempt to improve the situation, nothing more. Close to the entrance door the reception seemed a bit better, but it is not a comfortable place to do internet business. So, firstly not taking the customers seriously when they have a problem, secondly not intenting to help. Poor performance.
