- very reasonably priced for the quality, very modern and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you needed.
- excellent location, just off the Main Street.
- spa facilities were great (hot tub, sauna and ice bath).
- check in was contactless and easy, nothing further required from the host after this but contact details provided.
- room, building and spa were spotless.
- some slight noise from the Main Street late at night on the weekend but nothing major.
- scaffolding was up at our bedroom window, not a major issue and no persons were on it when staying but would’ve been nice to have known that was there beforehand.
- tv casting did not work in the living room but worked fine in the bedroom.

great location, everything was so close to our apartment. breakfast was good, just 30 seconds walk. Big balcony, accomodation was very nice, wellness downstairs.
The only issue I can mention is that one of the hot tubs was excessively warm, and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the other hot tub was occupied by guests who did not allow us the opportunity to use it.

Location was ideal for Gubalowka funicular.
If staying more than one night, would have preferred a small sofa instead of dining table snd chairs. No window in living area but not an issue for a short stay.
