Bardzo czysto, nowoczesne umeblowanie, przestronna łazienka. Blisko do centrum. Cicho i spokojnie.

Zaniedbane i niesprawne, ruszające się krzesła, uszkodzone rolety oraz wypadające wraz z kółkami ze ścian lampki nocne. Brak dostępu do śmietników.

Duże mieszkanie z dwoma balkonami w starej kamienicy. Klimat lat 70-80 tych. Łazienka po remoncie na współczesne czasy a poza tym szału nie było. W zakopanym byłem już z 10 razy i ten obiekt oceniam najniżej.
Ogólne wrażenie najpierw z zewnątrz później od środka. Czar prysł jak dojechałem na miejsce. Drzwi,szafy,podłoga, papa na balkonie, brudne skarpetki w szafce łazienkowej po poprzednich lokatorach. Na wejściu rażący zapach chloru którym była umyta podłoga.
