The location is excellent, as it is very close and convenient to both the train and bus stations. The host, Reczek Maciej, was also very helpful. Knowing that we had elderly travelers in our group, he arrived early at the property to wait for us and kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs.

The floors were quite dirty and dusty, appearing as though they hadn't been mopped at all prior to our check-in. The apartment did not initially supply shower gel or shampoo; although the host kindly bought some body gel for us after we messaged him, it would be better to have it ready. There were also plumbing issues in both apartments: one bathroom sink was missing its drain cover, and the other apartment was missing the stopper mechanism for the bathtub. We appreciate that the host tried to resolve this by buying two universal plugs for us during our stay, but the fixtures themselves still need proper repairs. Furthermore, we were not informed in advance that the entire building cuts off running water between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM for system purification, leaving us unable to use the toilet or brush our teeth during that time. Lastly, the water odor was much stronger than expected—the smell was so intense that we didn't dare use it for drinking. We booked two apartments, and the other unit had a water filter on the kitchen faucet, which helped reduce the odor. While the host did his best to assist us, these maintenance points definitely need improvement.

Pleśń w łazience. Śmierdząca woda. Zapach jak z gnojówki. Widok z okna okropny. Widok na góry to żart. Uliczka ciemna. Strach wracać wieczorem.
