Obiekt zadbany i czysty, znakomita lokalizacja.

Apartament czyściutki, dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Dodatkowym atutem jest pralka, suszarka oraz odkurzacz. Lokalizacja super, tuż przy parku, niedaleko Krupówek. Podziemny parking.
W apartamencie 6os, są tylko 4 krzesła przy stole, co sprawia mało komfortowa sytuacje, do spożywania posiłków. Pani Rezydent chce wszystko załatwić szybko, zero uśmiechu na twarzy i bardzo ziewające odpowiedzi. Śniadania strasznie monotonne, codziennie praktycznie to samo w pudełkach było (dziecko codziennie na śniadanie miało jeść nalesnikana słodko).
