Wonderful onsen - including outside. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
I didn’t pre- reserve breakfast and it was fully booked for the next day, on arrival.

The hotel was easily accessible and very clean. The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable and restful stay. The onsen was also a plus. Parking was also available.
A bit on a pricier end but worth it. Even better if our room has nicer view of the town.

with my booking I couldn't order breakfast or dinner which was very disappointing.the hotel could not cater or cope for meals for all of the guests .
wi-fi was very poor like the 00's.not able to eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel which was unacceptable as the hotel was very expensive....but couldn't provide enough meals for the guests.
