Excellent value a ten minute walk from the historic centre of Troyes

The apartment was very attractive and excellent value given how close it was to the city centre and the fact that it had a garage in which to park your car. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The television was of a very high quality. There was plenty of room for 2 people although we would question if it was suitable for 4 adults given the small size of the living areas.

There were a number of fixtures that needed to be repaired; the remote for the garage did not work but this had not been changed in the check-in structures. Although the apartment was very attractive the complex it was in was very unattractive. We would have appreciated some information about how things in the apartment worked, particularly the heating which did not work very efficiently.

Great place to stay in Troyes

Great place with comfortable beds, quick walk into town and the added bonus of parking. We didn’t cook but looked like it had everything ypu needed to be comfortable doing just that. Beds were super comfy!

Pillows are too thin. Clock has no battery son isn’t working. Wifi was not working and therefore we had to use our own data for internet and the television wasn’t working at all because of that. Especially my son of two years old was not happy with it !now comes the worst: we informed Cindy and Alexandre about the Wifi troubles and they never answered to my messages ! I’m upset with their very poor customer service! I won’t come back here, however I will come back to Troyes for sure !

external appearance poor, two flights of stairs to get to the apartment, dog excrement all around entrance door and garage, we arrived in the dark and one of the kids stood in it!!! Neighbours car parked opposite the garage made parking in the garage a challenge

difficult to find actual door to building as they all look the same. Didn’t like the waffle pillow cases or duvet cover as they felt scratchy. The toilet (room) could do with a deep clean. The area can be quite noisy as you are in a courtyard and garages opening and closing or voices do tend to echo around.

The facilities are excellent, kitchen well equipped, beds firm and etc. The service support which is highly responsive. It is a well organised and very comfortable high standard accommodation. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very difficult to find and enter because it is located within a courtyard, which is not clear from the instructions. It is also not located in the very centre of the town, but that is understandable. It's about a 10 min walk from the centre. It is still a very good option, in my opinion.

Logement parfait pour visiter la magnifique ville de Troyes, à deux pas !

Tout était parfait, du système de réception des clés de manière autonome au logement hyper bien situé et très bien équipé! Le garage est un énorme plus ! Le guide sur l'appartement et sur Troyes est très bien fait.

Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé, c'est l'odeur qui remonte dans le lavabo, alors qu'un simple clapet anti-retour réglerait probablement l'affaire. Petite info: le réservoir d'eau de la machine Nespresso coulait quand il n'est pas dans son support. A vérifier. En parlant de la machine Nespresso, ce serait super s'il y avait d'office quelques capsules à disposition comme "cadeau de bienvenue".
