ケトルが臭かったので、使わなかった。

Nice, quiet environment. Not far from Hakata but you can feel the quiet lifestyle. Only a 5 minute walk to JR Yoshizuka and about 10 mins to another metro station. Lots of conventional restaurants or modern cafés near JR station. Well equipped accommodation with washing machine, a balcony for drying clothes, a separated toilet bidet and bathroom. The projector is nice so you can watch YouTube on a wide screen

My accomodation is on first floor and there is no lift. So i have to walk several stairs. I'm fine for that but for the ones carrying heavy stuffs it may not be enjoyable for you. Comparing to hotels, it is slightly a bit dirty, you would consider the standard of accommodation as households but not the standard of hotels. There are rush on the sink of kitchen. The washing machine is a bit weak. I thought i could dry my clothes with the machine. Although i turned on the drying function, my clothes are still a bit wet that i have to do the laundry.

The place is in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful stay. It has hot water, a projector TV for entertainment, and is conveniently near both bus and train stations. For the price, it’s a good value.

The unit is on the 2nd floor, which can be difficult if you're carrying heavy luggage. The place is a bit old—there was visible dirt in the kitchen, the floor bed seemed worn out, the toilet is quite small, and there were no plates provided. Kitchen utensils were also outdated.
