新築感があり、とにかく清潔で広かった。駅までも歩いて10分ほどであるのと、自家車での観光でしたが近くに駐車場も結構あり中心よりも値段が安かった。行き帰りも高速乗り口がすぐ近く中心街を通らないのでスムーズに帰れた。キッチン用品も充実しており便利でした。
衛生上仕方ないかもですが、お風呂に椅子が欲しかった。床にピンクカビがあったので直に座るのは抵抗があった。ただ強いて言えばレベルです。

広く、静かで良かった、電灯調整、キッチン、冷蔵庫等もあり便利、歩いて博多駅まで行ける
