Not a Place to Rest – Noise, Smell, and Discomfort

They took out the trash every day and changed the towels regularly. We reported the noise coming from the pool, and the staff did speak to the people causing it. The receptionists were helpful, but despite their efforts, we would not choose to stay here again.

The room was located on the ground floor, right next to the pool. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst possible location. Breakfast is served in that area, so from as early as 7:00 AM it becomes very noisy. However, the bigger issue was at night – even until 5:00 AM, people were gathering around the pool, laughing, shouting, and partying, making it impossible to rest, even with earplugs. There were no mosquito nets, which would have been essential given the large number of mosquitoes. One day when we returned from the beach, we found a large dirty stain on the bed sheet, which was very unpleasant. On that same day, the shower wasn’t working properly, and it took quite some time before we managed to get it running again. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was very small and uncomfortable, and there was also a nasty smell coming from the drain. Another big issue was the toilet – every time it was flushed, it made a loud screeching noise, which could be heard even at night whenever someone used it.

Amazing!

The hotel was great! The stuff was kind and helpful. The building itself and the rooms were super clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a nice vacation. You can chill by the pool as there is a sort of different beverage drinks. Definitely recommend!

Perfect. Out of the typical hassle and noise.

The Victory Panorama Hotel is located ideally all the way up in Kalithea, at the last line of the town. Its perfect for a quiet vacation and good sleep. You will need a car however to go to the beaches around. The beach itself is way below and you can't really walk up and don in the heat. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is nice and descent and freshly made every morning. We loved it very much and we highly recommend it!

The coffee might be improved. No problem with filer coffee at all but just a better quality brand would be nice.

Lovely hotel!

The staff were a real highlight! The property is fairly new, on the outskirts of town, but close enough for a slow wander in. The pool area is small, but fine for the size of the property. I recommend this accommodation!

Due to it being a little quiet, there isn’t anyone dedicated to serving by the pool. There is no facilities to make coffee in the room, so this a slight negative.

New but missing basic amenities

Only the cleaners were nice.

The room was small. The cleaners were friendly but reception staff didn't make you feel welcome. Worse thing was they put a loud group of young guys next to us who made noise night and day. They woke us and our baby in the middle of the night. Cot bed mattress was really bad comparing to other hotels we stayed. We ended up leaving 2 days early.

New, fresh hotel in quite area and nice rooms.

The hotel is new, modern looking but not too big. The area is quite and peaceful. Parking was easy. It is not comfortable walking distance to the beach/center of the village if you are not into a morning jog, but just 2 minutes by car. The room had modern facilities with enough room and nice balcony.

Since the hotel is new and the end of the season approached, there was no breakfast options yet. The manager offered to arrange something if we choose so, but we preferred to eat by the beach.
