Luminous Luxury Living Damning Report: Massive Disappointment. Inadequate.

Summation: 3 star hotels we have stayed in are better than this supposedly 4 star. However it is okay for a one or two night stay but not for any longer. On the plus side it does have good sized balconies, & full sized airer for drying swimwear, towels and so on.

This is not a 4 start hotel. If it once was, it has since fallen from grace! 1. Location: You need a car, hotel is not easily accessible to neither shops, restaurants, nor beaches. 2. The flash in the toilet was too generous in spitting water out of the toilet pan onto the floor even with the lid closed! 3. Resistance in Giving Change of/ Clean Bed Sheets & Towels: Amidst July heat wave, sweating as can be imagined, we were told the hotel only replaces sheets after 3 days! Had to present a legal argument to get clean sheets. Despite skipping room service sometimes implying an immediate cost saving, asking even for clean towels from this "4 star hotel" was frowned upon. They had to come upstairs to collect the "dirty towels" can't have multiple showers or require additional towels? 4. Awkward staff: cleaning ladies are friendly, & one of front desk staff, the other & bar man always look like they've been caught stealing something. 5. Ice request at a 4 star hotel should be an obvious norm, if a cafe can give , well with these guys after a couple of days of asking, the bar man retorted "Who wants ice today". 6. Fridge more of a cooling box than anything, it's too small to fit anything and does not cool anything down. Even water remained warmish. 7. Injuries on beds with sharp edges: The thick wooden envelope wrap around on the beds has super sharp exposed corners. Cant count number of times we kept hitting our legs on these, we left with red bruises all over. 8. There is No Elevator/lift. 9. Lack of Cleanliness: We found the bathroom on number of occasions, not properly cleaned, on telling the staff, a debate ensued with them insisting it was clean. We had to point out that the shower, the bathroom sink, and toilet they all had dirt as well as soap marks from 3 days b4. Only after, the cleaners were sent in to clean & did a proper job. 10.

Best accommodation in Kallithea

Amazing accommodation. The hotel is brand new, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff is young, polite and happy to help with anything. We tried some cocktails at the bar and it was amazing!! We totally recommend. The hotel is situated not so far from the beach(15-20 mins), and for us it was perfect as the area was quiet. In 10-15 mins you can get to a lot of taverns.

Super comfortable and very Cozy Hotel.

The hotel is very nice, newly constructed, modern with up to date amenities. But most of all the staff here makes the difference. They are very kind and always willing to go beyond what is expected to meet your needs. And the guy at the bar probably makes the best Cuba Libre in Greece.

New morden hotel

Very nice and newly built hotel. The staff was very nice and good. Parking was easy to find. The traffic situation was good not many cars were passing here. The hotel had a pool and it had private pools on the bottom floor. Walking distance to the town. But without all the noise from the town center. I recommend this hotel.

We got an issue the last two days with the shower filling up due to low flow off the drainage.

Perfect stay option. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Our rooms with the private pool were excellent. Very clean onside, very new or well painted, new and just perfect. Very polite and helpful personnel. It was just over and above our expectations.

The only negative was that we found some little garbages in our pools, most probably though that they came from outside (pools were next to the street) or from the people staying in the rooms above the pools. Thank you for the great stay and experience!!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay—everything was perfect! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Great location and very comfortable overall.

The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the mattress and pillows, which were a bit too firm for our personal preference.

The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing and amazing.

The property was in a perfect location, the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The view outside and the pool were outstanding. The staff was very kind and friendly,especially the receptionist was very kind and helpful about everything. I would totally recommend this property to everybody.

Lage war echt nicht gut .. Mitten in einem Viertel wo nur solche Häuser gebaut sind & ganz viel Armut drum herum .. - super hellhörig - wir haben uns Teils echt erschrocken bei Geräuschen - wenn andere duschen waren hatten wir das Gefühl wir hören unsere eigenen Worte sind - sehr hellhörig ..

Περασαμε υπέροχα στο ξενοδοχείο Luminous στην Καλλιθέα Χαλκιδικής !Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ανετο,η πισίνα καθαρή και ιδανική για χαλάρωση.Το Wi-Fi λειτουργουσε πολυ καλα σε όλους τους χωρους . Το πρωσοπικο ευγενικό και φιλόξενο και παντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει.Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά για περισσότερες μέρες.Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Totul la superlativ. Curățenia 10/10 , personalul nemaipomenit … de la primire până la plecare totul a fost perfect.
