A spacious two-floor summer villa with a big green grass lawn, outside barbecue, veranda with a sea view, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living rooms. Perfect for big families or a group of friends who want to recreate in a quiet rural area and visit nearby attractions such as Aladja Monastery, Golden Sands Resort, Riviera Resort, Sunny Day Resort, St. Konstantine & Elena, and Varna City. Nearby forest with hiking trails. Perfect for families with kids.
Our guest house has some unique benefits for those who are looking to recreate in a secluded residential area, surrounded by nature, and with not many neighbors around. The property is situated on top of a hill overlooking the Golden Sands resort. One definitely needs a car to move around; there is no public transport, but taxi services are available. The nearest supermarket or bar is 4km away, but the nearest hiking trail is less than a kilometer away. This could be a good thing or a bad thing - depending on what the traveler is looking for. I recommend this type of tourism for people who practice yoga & meditation, love hiking, and being close to nature. Also, to people who have pets as we have a big garden where they can run around.

It is a very beautiful, quiet villa, with few neighbors. You have a place to relax, with a summer kitchen and grill, the host offered us coal and wood for the fireplace. You also have a parking space that can accommodate 2 cars. In short, a very nice vacation, I highly recommend the villa.
