В конкретния апартамент, намиращ се на трети етаж - Липсва залавна конструкция на стената над ваната в санитарното помещение. Твърде ниско поставена малка мивка в санитарното помещение, което създава известно неудобство при ползване. Тоалетна чиния с несъответстваща за размера си седалка.

The property is conveniently located - a short walk from the central train station and from the main sights/ beach in Varna. There is a small kitchen area which is basically equipped, but sufficient for a short stay.
Terrible smell in the bathroom - possibly an issue with the plumbing in the building? We had to keep the door closed as the stench was overpowering.
The flat is is a residential property and some neighbours were quite noisy during our weekend stay (a matter outside of the influence of the owner)
