Fantastic beach apartment with great views

Great view of the beach and water. 3 mins walk to beach, two small supermarkets 3 mins walk. Modern apartment with huge balcony and free, secure parking. Manager went out of her way to help us find the property and made us very welcome, after Google Maps directions took us to the wrong place.

Directions need to be more precise. The beach and surrounding area is called Kabakum, and many properties have Kabakum in their name. This place is NOT the Kabakum holiday apartments. The address in the listing takes you to a different place. The correct co-ordinates are 43.260572, 28.032579.

Apartamentul a arătat foarte bine , a fost curat , am avut loc de parcare .

Deși a fost aproape de plajă la nici 2 minute, era într o pantă destul de abruptă . Asta a fost singurul minus . În rest totul a fost perfect , locația și doamna proprietar nota 10

Найкраще місце для відпочинку на узбережжі.

Відмінне місце для відпочинку сім'єю. Пляж дуже гарний, в 2 хвилинах від місця розташування. Апартаменти в гарному стані, все є для комфорту та релаксації. Дуже рекомендую.

Väga hea asukoht, kui soovid puhkust mere ääres. Kohe lähedal toidupoed ja restoranid. Tuba oli puhas. Köögis kõik vajalikud asjad olemas. Konditsioneerid mõlemas toas ja kenasti töökorras. Administraator abivalmis- pakkus autole maja all parklas parkimiskohta.

Un apartament aproape de plajă , dotat cu mașină de spălat rufe, cafetieră, veselă de bucătărie, foarte curat, marchet jos la 5 minute garajul pt mașină subteran cu siguranță maximă, … totul într-un singur cuvânt: EXCELENT.

Minunat

Cazarea a fost exact ca in poze si a avut tot ce este necesar. Locatia pentru noi a fost potrivita, magazine cu diferse suveniruri, restaurante, supermarket si cel mai important plaja foarte aproape. Apartament foarte curat si comod, cu un pat foarte mare, canapea la fel de mare si o bucatarie in care iti poti gati. Gazda a fost draguta, ne a ajutat cu locul de parcare si ne a informat cu tot ce trebuia. Este aproape de Nisipurile de Aur, la 20-30 minute de minute pe jos, gasiti mult mai multe restaurante, magazine cu haine, accesorii, suvenir, o roata etc. Recomand!

Acceptable under the given conditions.

We liked that the property was near the beach, the sea and sand were impeccable, as was the atmosphere on the beach

We did not expect to be accommodated in different buildings, although we specified that we were families, and the construction sites near our building and the beach were very disturbing for us. Also, the 4 or 5 power outages at peak times (when we had to prepare meals or had other family activities) were very disturbing and unexpected for the accommodation conditions we selected. At one point, we thought about asking the host for a part of the money back, but being Romanians accustomed to difficult situations, we considered it unnecessary to have contradictory discussions and ruin our vacation. We thought we would write these things so that future tourists would also take our review into account. In the 30 years since we've been going on vacation with our family, we've never had a power outage!!!

Un sejur relaxant

Apartamentul se află foarte aproape de plajă și de magazine. Este dotat cu tor ce ai nevoie pentru a te gospodări.( inclusiv masă de călcat și fier de călcat) Am avut loc de parcare în garajul subteran. Nu avem ce să reprosăm în privința curățeniei și a personalului.

Мястото беше спокойно, чисто, приятно. Имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Домакините бяха любезни и отзивчиви. Има къде да се паркира. Близо е до плажа и в близост има хранителен магазин. Бяхме с куче и бяхме добре посрещнати.

Бяхме извън сезона и нямаше работещи заведения за хранене наблизо. Поради ремонт на пътя между Варна и Златни пясъци придвижването беше неприятно, но и двете неща не са свързани с домакините от хотела.

Местоположението е добро, близо до морето. Апартаментът е приятен, удобен и чист.

Не работеше телевизорът или дистанционното, не можахме да разберем. Изгорели крушки, имаше какво да се желае и в банята (душът беше много халтав).

Fair price, good weekend getaway

We spent the first weekend of October in one of the Lex Kabakum Apartments. The host was very nice, she called in advance to set up the details of our arrival and waited for us, even if we came late in the evening. The apartments are pet friendly, which was the most important reason for us. The apartment where we stayed was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway. There are extra towels available, extra pillows, a hairdryer, a little kitchenette to prepare breakfast, and a small TV, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is safe for animals, it has glass protection. And is very cosy. The apartment is within walking distance from the beach. There is a very good restaurant very close to the apartment, the owner is very very welcoming and the food is very good and tasty. Because we went in October, it was the only one open, but probably in season, there are many more.

The location is quite far from the center of Golden Sands, but this was something mentioned in the description, though. So read the description before making the reservation. You will need a car to go to the center. Also, the road to the center is very very bad. Of course, the hosts have nothing to do with this, but it's too bad that the municipality doesn't take action. On the 1st night, we had no neighbors, but on the 2nd night, somebody came upstairs and we could literally hear what they were speaking. I don't know if this is applicable to all rooms. We received a room with windows to the main street, which made it a little noisy by night. There are no curtains, only plastic window blinds, which don't make it too dark if you are used to sleeping like this. There was no coffee machine, as was written in the description. Maybe other rooms had.

AC units in each room. We were allowed to park inside the complex and the host was very nice to us. The view from the balcony was also nice. Had 2 toilets. There was ice ready in the freezer.

For our family (adults with 2 daughters) was a relaxing and pleasant journey.

Excellent ! Big apartment with seaview, confortable rooms, fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, AC in every room, balcony with sea and beach view. We felt like home, our host was very kind and friendly. Underground parking with surveillance system, building with elevator,2-3 supermarkets in 100m. Was a pleasant journey !

Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely amazing view of the sea/beach from the balcony with a 30 second walk to the beach. Beautiful apartment that is furnished with modern furniture and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The owner was incredibly nice and allowed us to check in/out later in order to enhance our experience in Varna. There was also plenty of private parking available onsite.
