Das Appartement in einer neuen Hausanlage ist gerade fertig geworden, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung Extraklasse, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine (nur der Trockner fehlte) Die Tiefgarage ist teilweise noch Baustelle aber der Zugang zum Fahrstuhl ist barrierefrei. Kein störender Baulärm mehr, da nur noch an der Inneneinrichtung und den Außenanlagen gearbeitet wird. Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern reichlich. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt an der Goldküste von Varna. Die Altstadt ist 7 km entfernt. DENTAPRIME ist 2 km entfernt. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas problematisch. Die ebenerdige Dusche neigt zu Überschwemmungen, da die Bodenplatte nicht genug Neigung zum Abfluss hat.

We had a fantastic vacation at Bella Apartment! The place is beautifully designed with a modern touch and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space, everything was thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the dedicated parking slot—super convenient! Communication with the host was excellent throughout; they were responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome. Overall, it was a perfect base for our holiday, and we would absolutely recommend Bella Apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay.

I was very pleased with the apartment. A wonderful apartment, clean and cozy, has everything you need. The location of the apartment is excellent, there is a restaurant nearby and a market nearby, the beach is a 10-minute walk away, the complex also has a swimming pool where you can relax if you don't want to go to the sea, I want to come back here again.
