We spent an 18-night stay at Seaview Apartments, a name under which a studio, not an apartment, is posted, located in a new, modern block located on the main road in Constantine and Elena. The studio is spacious, equipped and furnished in a modern way, with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. Elevator, parking space, secure access, furnished studio, beautiful view of the Black Sea.

The sleeping space is a "U" niche made of opaque walls, with a double bed, the distance from the walls on one side being minimal, on the other hand, the 15 cm on the other side do not allow any movement, getting up and down from the bed being extremely difficult ! The bed niche does not allow air circulation, as such it becomes suffocating overnight and causes profuse sweating!!! The sofa, presented as extendable, is unusable, consisting of a dusty slatted bed base hidden under the sofa, and a dirty and dusty mattress, which is part of another "film", as it is not at the same level as the sofa and is in no way connected to the sofa! To this maximum discomfort throughout the night, there is also the presence of mosquitoes, due to the lack of a protective net on the balcony door, mosquitoes coming even from the bathroom and the hallway, where the ventilation column does not have a minimal and elementary equipment consisting of a protective net on the air intake mouth. The shower cabin is directly on the floor, without ledges, having an undersized drain channel, which means that when it is used by a woman with long hair who only loses a few hairs, they easily block the undersized drain siphon, and the water floods bathroom and hallway floors (!!!). The studio has very poor sound insulation. The aforementioned deficiencies, to which was added the total lack of cooperation of the studio administrators (we asked to be able to watch TV channels, to have our sheets and towels changed at least once a week considering that we stayed 18 nights, to give us a solution against mosquitoes, the company whose name also includes "Global Management ..." did not solve any of our requests!!!), made our stay tiring, stressful and characterized continuously by discomfort. "Global Management ..." told us that the balcony door is not equipped with an insect net (we did not notice!!!) as if it was not they who should equip it, but ... the tourists!!!
