Comfortable beds, spacious clean rooms, quiet area, well stocked kitchen. Free wifi. Pleasant decor. Sockets & lights by bedside tables. Comfortable sofa, & window seat; and large tv's to watch England win on! Pleasant 20 minute walk via residential road, through allotments, & by side of Spray meadows into university (U1&U2 buses not functioning out of term time from Fulford Road stop.) Uber to university only £8.

No shower gel or shampoo supplied (this is expected in short stays these days). There was a nice coffee machine but no complimentary coffee pods supplied. This would have raised the bar significantly! Instructions about nearest supermarket, pharmacy & restaurants (all nearby in Fulford Road) would have been useful; plus info about buses into city & university & where to catch them would have been useful. Some loud banging, scraping and things dropped noises from flat above because of minimum/no soundproofing between floors.

The location was great, the apartment was modern and fabulous and spacious

It would have been nice if the bathroom had some shower gel

Really great facilities. Very clean and modern as well. It’s only a 10 minute walk into the edge of the main city. The bed is super comfortable!

There was no fan so we ended up taking our own to battle the heatwave. There also isn’t any shower gel provided.

The proerty itself and location were fantastic

The communication has been awful. Check in instructions were not sent the day before (they arrived one week late) we could not get untouch with anyone. Thankfully we got a code after 4pm with no WiFi code or any other information. I have emailed to discuss with the property and my concerns regarding the fact that on an emergency we would have had no way of contacting anyone. Unfortunately? One week late I still have no answers or a clear response
