Kind host, nice flat, and easy access to Marseilles.

First off, I have never had a kinder host before. I am saddened that due to how short our stay was we did not get to meet her, but she was lovely, communicative, and super helpful with any issues we had. The flat was clean and tidy, and had enough space for 2-4 people. The air-con was very nice and necessary - the only downside was that the first night the AC did not have enough time to kick in to cool down the loft room, but the other nights all of the rooms were nice and cool. The property is in a good location, it is only a 15-20 minute bus ride to Marseilles centre (which is super cheap and easy as you can tap onto the bus). I am glad we stayed here and not in the city. The village itself is not the most touristy, but it has some nice restaurants and the sea which about 100m from the apartment.

The one difficulty is the on-street parking - while one can park anywhere in the area there are many people trying to park, so it took us some time to find a space and it was about 5 minutes' walk from the walk. At least the parking was free!

brilliant location near La Corbiere port and in small fishing village of L’estaque. Ideal as a base to stock up for a sailing trip with 2 great fresh vegetable and fruit shops and a carrefour city. There s a boat taxi to the Vieux Port in Marseille.

on second floor with no lift, so not great with a lot of luggage. 2 comfortable double beds, separate toilet and separate shower which unfortunately had a curtain causing the bathroom to flood. could really do with a glass door instead. Not as big as pictures on internet suggest. kitchenette we didn’t use. bakery nearby.

Too many stairs, and not very easy to go up. Not enough information about checking in. It took me a while to figure it out how to get the keys. Street parking is very difficult.

L’appartement est agréable, lumineux et sympa, et l’hôte est agréable également.

L’hygiène reste à revoir, il était pourtant bien noté! Odeur d’urine, tâches sur les plaids, machine à café sale, parterre pas nettoyer, trou de cigarette sur le canapé… dommage!

L'appartement un peu vétuste , les fenêtres et porte fenêtre fermaient très mal ,et les robinetteries de la cuisine et lavabo salle de bain fonctionnent mal.

Très belle situation dans un quartier où les habitants sont chaleureux et serviables!!! Les commerçants au top et ça malgré la catastrophe de l'incendie le jour de notre arrivée! Une hôte très gentille et soucieuse de notre confort! Encore mille merci Cindy pour votre gentillesse et bienveillance même si vous avez vécue un journée de stress et d'angoisse vous avez pris le temps de vous soucier de nous! Je recommande mille fois ce lieu cosy et chaleureux!!!

Les mamans en week-end !

Parfait pour un week-end pour 6! L'estaque est très sympa. L'appartement nickel même si beaucoup de bruit dans la rue toute la nuit du samedi... mais ça l'hôte n'y est pour rien😅 Je reviendrai certainement mais en plus petit comité

Il manque des rideaux occultant car les volets sont aérés en persiennes et le jour est là à 6h...

Nous avons passé un super séjour, idéalement situé, dans un appartement très coquet et original.

Nous avons récupéré les clés au glacier du coin tout à côté, très sympathiques et où les glaces sont excellentes ;) Le loft est très confortable pour passer quelques jours à l'Estaque, dans une rue arrière pour ne pas entendre passer les voitures, rue calme. L'appartement est bien agencé avec une chambre mezzanine (ne convient pas à des personnes âgées ou avec des problèmes de dos), nous n'avons pas eu chaud grâce au velux sur la mezzanine, si besoin une climatisation est à disposition dont nous n'avons pas eu besoin. L'agencement est parfait est plutôt spacieux. Pensez juste à laisser la porte de la salle de bain ouverte pour l'humidité, il n'y a pas de vmc. Merci Cindy pour votre disponibilité par message en tout temps et votre proposition de location de bateau dont nous profiterons volontiers une prochaine fois (nous avions déjà prévu une croisière avant de savoir).

Il serait juste bien d'investir dans la fixation des robinets (changer le modèle de celui de la cuisine) et d'installer des vmc dans la salle de bain et les wc pour ne pas que votre appartement ne s'abime trop vite, il est tellement chouette ce serait vraiment dommage.

Pas contents :de la poudre aux yeux pour touriste

On a pas aimé. Ville salle, conduite anarchiste (grille les feux et on s'impose) incivilités, le touriste est un billet sur patte Attention logement : 25 mn vers la plage avec 1 montée importante et navette vers centre ville 10 euros aller retour. Logement : La tranquillité et La climatisation sont présentes derrière les commerces (restaurant 20 euros mini le plat) L'hôte très disponible mais service payant étant donné le coût de la location ( mon client était désolé de ce loyer (elle a oublié de me donner des l'adresses moins chères) et dommage pour L'hôte car mon client recherchait des prestateurs pour accueillir chaque mois des professionnel(le)s . L'hote fait taxi vers aéroport (80 euros A R) MAIS pas de geste commercial même si nous avons signalé des anomalies) d autant que nous sommes propriétaires et nous savons que la générosité vient du cœur et pas toujours tarifee ces commentaires ont été partagés à l'oral et L'hôte ne sera pas surpris ainsi de lire. Touriste = vigileance

Logement pas net exemple salle d eau lavabos conduit salle et verre a dent La literie n'est pas lavée intégralement car les oreillers sentent,le linge est de basse qualité et taché vitres sales, sol sale des traces sur les murs, le chauffe serviette salle de bain se defait. Pas de plateau accueil ou mesquin car 1 disette de café pour 2 impossible de trouver les cuillères à soupe.personne à mobilité réduite attention logement au 2ème escalier étroit prevoir masque pour dormir car lumière de ville eclaire le logement Je n ai pas aimé que la description me laisse penser que la mer est proche alors que 25 mn de marche Je n ai pas aimé vivre dans une ville Sale où les rats se promènent en ville car il y a des déchets partout Très déçu
