This housing completely renovated, offers two bedrooms, a living room / kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
Facilities:
- equipped kitchen: combined fridge / freezer, combi oven, induction table, dishwasher.
- TV with a bouquet of channels
- WIRELESS
Sleeping: one double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed.
The creeks of Vesse and Figuerolles are accessible on foot and are located 400 meters from the accommodation.
Nearby: calanques of Niolon, Méjean, Ensuès la Redonne; Ports and sandy beaches of Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins, the Crown, Carro. Cities of Martigues and Marseille
Activities nearby: diving club (La Vesse), boat rental, sailing, kayaking, paddle, boat fishing ... (Carry, Sausset), amusement parks Magic Park Land (Ensues) and Speedwater Park (Pennes-Mirabeau), casino (Carry) ... and of course restaurants, shops in the municipality of Rove and all the towns of the blue coast.

On arrival this wasn’t what I expected. Difficult descending driveway to get to the house - but we got used to that. Lovely, well appointed house with everything we needed. Except a washing machine. Not sure why the owner put in a dishwasher when a washing machine e would be more useful - however not really a big issue. We had a problem with the WiFi and TV and the owner came to the house the second evening and fixed it - great service, Thanks. I had the idea the house was on the sea but it’s not, however a short walk down the hill took us to the cove at La Vesse. The swimming was great here and we ended up going down every morning. We had a dog with us and she was also able to swim here - unlike the beach. Niolon is in the next cove which we accessed by walking across the rocky path - not for the faint hearted! There is a road to Niolon but it’s restricted to all except residents so for most it’s a bit of a walk down. However it’s worth the walk if you can make it. Nearby beach at Carry le Rouet is good, with safe, fun swimming. So not what I imagined - but actually we had a great stay at this quirky place. Would highly recommend .

I enjoyed a delightful week in this beach house. It was clean, modern and functional, set in a huge garden surrounded by pine trees. It was also very peaceful, so a place where you can relax and sleep well. There is a lot of nice outdoor furniture, enough cooking utensils to make meals and has comfortable beds. I found the host, Gerald, to be very helpful. He answered all my questions and told me to contact him if I had any problems during my stay. It's a 5-min walk to a beautiful bay perfect for a swim or a snorkel. There is also a secret bay if you are prepared to hike through the hills, I went once but got lost on my return so do take your phone with google earth! I found the local people to be very friendly. I loved it so much I want to return next year.

La maison est simple mais propre et fonctionnelle et l'environnement merveilleux : beau terrain arboré, chemins de randonnée et calanques toutes proches. Nous reviendrons !
