About this apartment rental
A lovely, independent 30-square-meter studio on the first floor of the villa. Completely renovated, with a view of 100 m² of private lawn, the setting evokes the charm of Provence.
Ideal for a couple with or without children, equipped with all modern amenities, including a TV and Wi-Fi.
Quiet, on a narrow street with a friendly atmosphere, south-facing; park your car in the courtyard with an electric gate. Located in the Mourepiane Estaque neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the hills and beaches of Corbières.
Heating and air conditioning are provided by a reversible air conditioning unit. There is an additional charge for their use (1 to 2 € per day). A meter is located in the studio. Usage is recorded and billed.
There are shops in the center of St. Henry as well as in Estaque. Festivals, seafood taverns, convenience stores, tobacco shops, newsstands, and many restaurants are ready to welcome you. Shopping is available daily, and we can help guide you in your choices.
Bus 35 passes by the house every 5 minutes. From there, you can go either to Joliette, the Mucem, and the Old Port, or to Estaque and the beaches.
As of April 23, 2016, the bus to the ferry at the Old Port is back in service. Buses depart every hour for 40-minute boat rides offering stunning views of the city. If you’d like, from the old port, you can take another bus toward the red marker and then one to Goudes, and thus extend the experience by crossing the entire Gulf of Marseille.
The studio is ideally located for exploring the area. I look forward to sharing the joie de vivre of Provence with you.

What an amazing place to stay just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Marseille but not to far and a quick ferry trip has that sorted. Great host and a great comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend

Ce logement est en tout point identique à la description, très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de très bons conseils pour les balades. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. C'est une région magnifique avec tellement de choses à faire et à voir (la côte bleue, les calanques, les rando, le snorkeling). Le quartier est très pittoresque et les cabanes de chichi freggi ne sont pas loin! (il faut absolument en goûter!). En somme, je conseille vivement cette location, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en couple.
