Great property, helpful owner, location within walking distance of the shops.

Really loved the property itself. Real quant Greek property, very nice and cosy. Don’t be put off about the location being down a bit of an alley. Incredibly safe and easy to access. Location, the best.

The only negative would be the surrounding alley/courtyard but I believe there was work being done to other places which I’m sure will only help boost this one in the long run.

Was a lovely base for our time on Paros Island.

The property was very clean, comfortable and aesthetic. Netflix was available. The property was not too far from the port which was my biggest win. The host was lovely and accommodating - sending recommendations, supplying extra towels, allowing a later check out and was very responsive and helpful.

The walk to the property although not long or far from the port, was hard to do in the rain once getting off the ferry. We did have to walk a couple streets that smelt bad because of pigeon poop all over the place. The entrance way of the property was small. You share this entrance way with one other apartment above you and the curtain for the front door was sheer so not 100% private.

Good

The apartment's central location was highly convenient, allowing easy access to explore the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the provided amenities were also commendable, contributing to a comfortable stay.

We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The shower floor was notably unclean, and the dishes provided were not properly washed. Additionally, the sofa provided in the living area was not very comfortable and the apartment was rather dark with a lack of proper lighting.

A lovely, affordable place to stay in the heart of Parikia

The location was fantastic - we loved staying right in the heart of Parikia, but it was also quiet still as it was tucked away from the noisier street. It was great to have a kitchen so we could prepare some simple meals as well. The outdoor space is absolutely lovely for enjoying a coffee or a meal. The mattress was comfortable!

The bathroom tiles could use a good scrubbing. The housekeeping service did not replace the coffee pods so we didn’t have any for our second day, nor did they clean the bathroom. The A/C stopped working while we were out for the day and by the time we got back late at night it was too late to get it fixed. Luckily we stayed in September when it was not too hot. A couple other small suggestions for property management are: - Provide a larger blanket for the bed. Due to the dimensions it’s awkward for two people to both comfortably use the blanket. - Provide extra coffee/milk and perhaps some salt and pepper in the kitchen. - A lock box would be a nice feature given that housekeeping comes while guests are out

- no curtain/screen on the window of the living room. As a consequence, there is no privacy by night when lights are on when the people on the upper floors move up or down - bed a bit too small for two

An exceptional little nook in the heart of Parikia Paros

excellent location in the heart of parikia (but keep in mind no car access so some carrying is involved for luggage and daily access to your car will involve a walk), beautifully renovated historic Paros house very tasteful and comfortable. felt safe, felt comfortable, excellent for myself and my daughter, my small dog was thrilled and well accommodated with no conflict with cleaning, wifi works perfectly, poor phone signal though for my phone carrier, it's quite humid so humidifier works all the time -was fine for me but may be annoying for someone, can switch it off though. a/c perfect. brand new kitchen fridge spacious, overall clean and very well equipped and SUPER hosts who were EXTREMELY accommodating and responsive. definitely recommended and will go back !

location was brilliant - right in the old town. very clean and nicely renovated. also Joanna the host was fantastic! so helpful and was lovely even when our ferry arrived super late (after 11pm).

it was great. perhaps extra nespresso pods and milk sachets would be good (but that’s just an extra).

Perfect Paros stay!

Perfect location in the heart of the old town of Paros. Somehow still very peaceful & private with everything within walking distance. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with traditional & very classy decor & style. Very friendly staff who were so easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend Retreat Paros for your visit to this Mediterranean paradise

Wonderful place in the heart of Parikia

The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped. The location is in the heart of Parikia just several walking minutes from the port. Konstantinos met us at the apartment and explained everything very well. We got to rent an e-scooter right off from him during the time of its stay. Highly recommendation!

Unfortunately the bedroom doesn’t have a window due to monument protection.

Perfect apartment for two!!

Had a really nice stay at the apartment, the owners were really kind and gave us a lot of good tips regarding restaurants, beaches and bars. The apartment is right in the corner of Parikia, all Restaurants and cute little shops are in walking distance. We were also able to book an e scooter from Konstantinos which was really cool to see the whole island and also Antiparos. In total, everything was really good and we really would recommend it for a couple vacation!!

Superb

Brand new place, kitted out really well. It gets a 9.5 for me, and with a couple of very minor tweaks this place gets 10/10 all day long. Loved the location, right in the heart of town but hidden away so really quiet. Fabulous host in Konstantinos, such a nice, knowledgeable and friendly guy - thanks for a great stay dude 🙏🏼
