Parikias Seaside House

Beste Lage mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Top ausgestattete, geräumige Unterkunft. Alles, inkl. des Hafens, bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage kein störender Lärm, zumal das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus geht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der immer zu erreichen war.

Leider hat man den Balkon nicht „exklusiv“. Direkt neben der Fensterfront befindet sich der Eingang zu einem weiteren Apartment. Das war nicht unbedingt störend, aber dennoch erwähnenswert

Nice modern house very clean and close to all the restaurants and the port. The host checked to see if we needed anything. Everything is walking distance. Also having coffee in the balcony with the sea view was great

The location is perfect, with the beach about 3 min walk and the restaurants right at your door. The front balcony has a bench seat and 2 chairs and is a perfect spot for morning coffee or pre dinner drinks , just watching the world go by. This apartment is above Alexandros Taverna , but is very quiet once you close the French doors , which are double glazed. It has air conditioning in the living area and also the double bedroom. It has a washing machine and iron , plus a full kitchen. The living area has a full sized dining table and a large corner couch.This would have to be our favourite place to stay in Greece.

Great location! Close to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to ferry which is helpful. Super clean and lots of space inside the apartment! Aircon is also great!
