Short walk to Polanco and safe place to stay.

I liked that there was someone on reception at all times. The manager looked after our bags on our departure day. It was great to have such generous check in and departure times. A very good hot shower. Quiet residential road. Our room was on the internal courtyard so fairly quiet for road noise.

We booked one of the cheaper rooms so the kitchen was on another floor. A basic coffee machine and small fridge in our room would have been ideal - I’m sure there is space.

Wonderful staff, modern deco, but bed smell in bathroom and ant problem.

Love the deco, very chic and modern! The staff is wonderful. We arrived pretty late. After contacting the staff via whatsapp, he was waiting for us at the door! He gave us a tour of the apartment and even offered an extra cooler. The beds were comfortable, the towels, dishes, furniture were all on a par with a 5-star hotel. The location is close to major attractions and on a quiet street.

The bathroom was stinky. We suspect the sewer was not properly piped and the smell directly goes back into the room. We had to leave the shower dripping the whole time to alleviate the problem. Also, there were lots of ants in the bedroom--even in our suitcase!

Unbeatable Value in Mexico City!

The accommodations here were great. It was a terrific value for the location, with comfortable rooms and beds. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Mexico City in the Polanco region.

beautiful facilities. helpful staff, but not always available. kitchenettes very nice but fridges did not have ice in any floor. bottled water was not provided, which is a simple but important detail for any guest. still, a very good buy.

Good for few nights.

No restaurant, you can cook yourself in kitchentte, but staff gave a great recomendaation for breakfas.

Air conditioning in the rooms, for the cost I did expect air conditioning, to avoid the noise from opening the window.

Good functional kitchen area, and comfortable beds. Reception staff Juan was kind and helpful .

Layout of 2-bedroom “duplex” was slightly frustrating: huge living space but very cramped bathroom; nowhere convenient to hang used wet towels; a multitude of light switches to navigate; TVs positioned directly facing the beds but not convenient for the lounge area with sofa and finally when flies from outdoors got into the apartment (cleaner would leave windows open), it was a nightmare to get rid of them There is laundry service on Thursdays only Cleaner could have been more efficient but I guess, it’s Mexico ..😂

Amazing hotel, excellent location very close to a pubs, bars and restaurants. Very safe area, we were walking around at late night and felt very safe. Hotel decor is very warm and top notch. Rooms are very spacious with walk in robes.

Great little boutique hotel

This is a very nice little boutique hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and a great size for two travelers (we stayed in one of the king size bedrooms). Our room had an iron & the ironing board, a safe, and plenty of hangers, drawers, & shelves for clothes ; there were also hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and a hair blow dryer provided in the bathroom. Each floor has a little kitchenette shared by guests (our floor had 3 guest suites) with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, sink w a drinking water filter, and a table & chairs. The location seemed totally safe (we were two females, and walked to the hotel at night on a few occasions with no trouble at all). In terms of the distance from the city -- we did not have a car, and walking to/from the city took us approximately 30 minutes. However, you do not need to walk as ordering an Uber to the hotel is very easy and very affordable. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally nice and helpful! Big thank you to the hotel manager Hermann for going out of his way to provide us with all the necessary information and assistance!

Staff was super friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and the location is great just next to Polanco, one of the safest and poshest neighborhoods in Mexico City (nothing overly fancy though). They offer welcome snacks and water.

The most basic problem is the lack of heating and cooling. We were here in January and during the night it got reasonably cold in the room, enough to feel uncomfortable. The bed is a king size bed but only 185cm long, which can be a serios problem if you are above 6 feet.

Elegant, hidden, great customer service in a quiet neighborhood near Polanco.

elegant room, man at front desk let us check in a few hrs early after our flight, left my jacket in Uber and he gave me his cell phone to give to Uber to coordinate drop off.

In booking.com the room we chose a room that had a photo of a kitchen and dinner table, we wanted to invite a few friends over so this was perfect. When Kepler messaged me the room amenities stated a shared kitchenette. I questioned it and they apologized for the confusion and lack of clarity in booking.com since they assigned the same photo for several suites. we were able to cancel/switch rooms at that point but we decided to keep it.

When you first visit this hotel, make sure there's no defect in any of the decoration. We were accused of damage in one of the decoration and had a conflict with the proprietor. But employee was very kind and provided good quality of laundry and cleaning.

this cozy place make you feel better than home!

everything! the modern decor, the location is very convenient, the crew is awesome, facilities, and support is incredible! the best ever experience! Jorge, Juan and Gil, made my trip amazing, they help me with all literally! I’m ready to go again! they help me to get drivers for visit the Teotihuacán , plaza Garibaldi, and many more! My room and bath was always clean and organized! hot water! nice balcony! the place is adorable!

Excellent hotel close to Polanco neighbourhood in Mexico City

The hotel is modern, rooms are nice and well equipped. It is located very near Polanco neighbourhood, one of the poshest neighbourhood of Mexico City. It is a safe neighbourhood to walk even at night and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a private parking (garage) which is very useful if you are coming by car.
