Sobresaliente el desayuno, magnifica preparación, presentación y alimentos, además la persona encargada con gran amabilidad y cordialidad, una felicitación. La ubicación bastante bien, muy cercana a Polanco caminando. La habitación perfecta en espacio para 2 personas, la cama y almohadas excelentes.

Breakfast and server were pleasant. Would have appreciated a bit more variety (we stayed a week).
Shower was awful. It was either way too cold or way too hot. Water temperature didn't stay constant for more than 10 seconds (at most). Other visitors complained as well so it wasn't just our room. Bottled water should be provided in each room. There was a cook and custodian on site but no management or operator onsite.
