Great design. It's a shame the architect forgot to install windows that would have dampened street noise. The street is noisy at night and in the early morning, and the poor windows make it uncomfortable. The room also had a stale sewer smell. The toilet, which is inconvenient and open to the room, causes a lack of privacy. The room is fine for one person, but not for two. If it's a four-star hotel, there should be a breakfast option. Also room was no clean like shoud be.

Location, cleanliness, decoration, size.
There was a broken sofa in the room and I would prefer a window to renovate the air.

The area was nice but still had to Uber to many places.
It was cold and no heater. Had to call out doing beds and redtocking of TP.
9.0 / 10.0
The location was nice in the middle of the Uber and the walkway. And the front services were very kind and helpful
The bed was not that comfy, and the shower wasnt clean enough.

Very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and featured a large window with a nice view of CDMX. Friendly staff, very safe, and good location -- kind of a business/office area (much of Polanco is like that?) but walking distance from great museums and a Michelin-starred restaurant (with a side taco joint "Siembra Taquería"-- highly recommended).
5.0 / 10.0
The rooms with windows or balcony are nice but the otherones that are cheaper looks like a prison with no window and very depressing so we had to pay extra and upgrade to get some light.
We got greeted with a rude staff Christopher who called my partner drunk and was very rude. We had just got to the hotel from a long red eye flight and he was nice and welcoming about us checking in early and got into a bad argument with my partner.
Also, The hotel doesn’t have heaters and they were out of portable heaters due to high demand. We weren’t prepared for the cold weather in Mexico city and was freezing in our room all night.

The room was beautifully designed and spacious, with a comfortable bed and work space. The staff were also super nice!
Unfortunately, the hotel was hard to find as it seems as though it’s in an office building and had no signs except for a small paper on the glass door. The room also didn’t have any windows, which was not stated in the booking notes. There was no phone or clock in the room — and being jet lagged it was hard to wake up in the morning as I didn’t get a sense of the time without the natural light (and my phone away from my bed). There also wasn’t any drinking water which I had to ask for.

Nothing
We had to changed to a different hotel due smoke from the restaurant on the room.
Also my son got a room without windows. We called it “the buker”

It was a great, comfortable stay. The accomidation was super close walk/ Uber to the main attractions around Mexico City
It was a bit pricey for what it was
8.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect in Polanco, one of the more safe and elegante area of México City
I really missed the opportunity to have the breakfast, in my room there was a nice kitchen with microwave but I would have preferred to have the breakfast

Huge space, loved the high ceilings and overall aesthetic.
Mattress, bedding and towels are all a bit worn and could all do with being replaced. Shower doesn’t drain well and you’re left standing in an inch or two of water whilst showering. Noise from the main road traffic including trucks was very very loud. Quite a walk from any cafes, restaurants or shops.

I arrived and the room they gave me was without windows and felt like a bunker. I later checked my booking and could see the only way to know it has no windows is if you scroll through the pictures and see on ONE only picture it says it is a windowless room. I would 100% not book it if I have known this, as it doesnt say it in description or anywhere else explicitly. I felt extremely uncomfortable to even stay in the room let alone sleep in it. I asked to change the room and they didn’t have anything available, after a long 12 hour flight I had to sit in the lobby for another 3+ hours for them to find any other solution, at the end they gave me another room at another property where I was also charged extra for the night - $35 extra per night. They refused to just refund me and instead kept me waiting in lobby for all this time with no proper solution. The room literally gave me anxiety. All in all terrible experience

Spacious room, lovely terrace
Mainly, there is no sound insulation. Three nights running we were kept awake until 3am by the adjacent guests. They were having a good time but their conversation, sex, laughter, music and high heels sounded like there was no wall between us.
Also the loose plastic toilet was quickly but poorly repaired and finally broke off.
Mid-stay, the room was not cleaned well, swept nor restocked with coffee pods and toilet paper.
We would not return.

I liked the view. I liked the overall aesthetic. I liked the natural light.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from my comfort and overall experience. The sheets had holes and were never changed, evidenced by the persistent hole in my sheets throughout my stay; the bed was merely remade. Wash rags were absent, and only one hand towel was provided, which was never replaced. The cleanliness of the shower and windows left much to be desired. Contacting customer service required using WhatsApp, an app my partner did not have, making communication difficult. The bathroom’s LED light was popping out, and the overall lighting was inadequate, adding to the discomfort. Noise insulation was poor; I could hear everything from outside and the neighbors clearly. Furthermore, I’ve stayed in hotels in Japan for less money that were significantly better in terms of quality and service. Random smells of sewage emerged during the stay. And the wifi was spotty. These issues collectively marred what could have been a pleasant stay.

Overall the only reason I downgrade the rating is because I had NO idea that the room I was renting had NO windows. That one addition to the listing for each room would enable people to make clear choices. To some it’s important, to others, not.
The property and furnishings are amazing and top rate, but the room still felt like a well adorned prison cell. A window would’ve made all the difference.
Again, some care some don’t, but we have NO idea when selecting.
Please add this to your room listings!
NO idea that the selected room would have no windows and would feel like a top notch adorned prison cell.

This place was incredible! The easiest check-in, gorgeous modern building, the apartment itself had enormously high ceilings and very cutting edge decor, I felt like I was in someone's really fancy home. The windows were great, the smart TV was awesome, the bed was the comfiest I have experienced and I loved the rooftop as well. I am dying to return.
No feedback honestly I had a great experience and wish I could've stayed longer

The configuration on the smoke detector which has a annoying nightlight that turns on with movement.

No breakfast. After first night had to beg for coffee pods for nupresso machine. Very noisy from street
Places to hang towels you could reach. Balcony door broken and let in loud street noise. Furniture not comfortable.

It was nice. New apartments.
Very nice and friendly staff.
But mattress and pillows are chip and uncomfortable. Sheets are also not high quality. The curtains are Roman curtains so they are not covering fully the windows so it’s pretty bright in the morning and sun goes into the room through the space between the windows and the curtains.
Very bad soundproofing, I heard everything that was happening inside of other rooms, all talks or TV.
Also the shelfs for cups and glass are dirty.
I stayed in different types of rooms and the quality is the same.

The room was as showed in the photos, and the area where the hotel is located is totally safe and easy to walk around neighbouring areas. The staff was friendly and available to help you in case you needed anything!
There was a lot of light in the room which was perfect during the day, but could easily wake you up at early morning hours! Unfortunately, given that my room was at the first floor, there was a lot of noise from the upper floors but this was basically due to other residents who simply did not respect others, especially during nights. Yet, the hotel staff was more than willing to intervene and resolve effectively such issue, the moment I decided to inform them about it.
