Disappointing

521 The cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired: blood or red stains on the side of the bathroom sink, dust on the furniture (nightstands, coffee machine), the bathtub plug keeps coming loose with the slightest movement, and you can hear everything that goes on in the building (people entering, going up and down the stairs, footsteps on the floor above, etc.). The bed is not at all comfortable: the pillows are soft, and the mattress topper is the wrong size, leaving a gap at the back of the neck.

Perfect location but very poor room

The location was excellent.

The bathroom had no door to separate the bed from the toilet. The coffee machine, the kettle and almost the whole apartment was covered by dust. One of the windows couldn't close well enough so the apartment was extremely cold for our whole stay. And for almost 3 days there wasn't any heat in the room and it was very cold.

Brugge is a real gem so treat yourself to a hotel.

The location for me was great as it is a short walk from the city centre. The room is adequate in size.

The drain for the shower would get blocked so water would start running into the apartment, very limited space to store clothes so mine stayed in my suitcase.

Great location, nice room, lovely host. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was excellent, we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Street parking was available nearby, but once we arrived, we just left our car parked and walked everywhere.

A proper desk and chair would have been nice to have as I did have a bit of work to complete. I pulled a table up to the end of the bed to do my work, but after a while the lack of a backrest was exhausting. That said, I don't think there is room for a desk and chair in this B&B.

Lovely accommodation improvement on cleaning in some areas needed.

The layout is lovely and facilities are good with a tv you can use apps on so you can watch your favourite shows and a lovely bath, that I took full advantage off! Host was lovely and helped us straight away with everything we needed.

We could literally hear everything the people in the upstairs apartment were doing. When I say everything I mean everything. Charging facilities near the bed were good except one area had all the coffee machine and fridge and the other you had to move the cabinet. Unfortunately, when moving the cabinet it was quite dirty here, this was also the case when I dropped my glasses and went to grab them from under the bed I found someone’s old face mask. We had no coffee cups for the coffee machine unfortunately and there was no hand soap to provided, so we brought our own and left it. We had a water glass but unfortunately there was lipstick on one of them from the previous guests.

The staircase to the apartment is very very steep and small and not easy to get out luggage both up and down the stairs . This would be very hard for some people ! The pillows are terrible and we had issue flushing the toilet .

Could have done without the scolding text but we enjoyed our time.

Location was fantastic and obviously the decorations were curated well. Bathtub was great to have, though the nozzle there was leaky so we just didn’t use it.

No doors. Not on the shower or toilet. Not a lot of privacy, even for a couple that’s been together a while.

room is very clean, modern, comfy, close to the center. great room, no service however

no service. the owner lives on the property, you might meet her and she is very friendly however once you checked checked in the service goes from 10/10 to 0/10. it was 26-30 degrees in the rooms, no ventilators and opening the windows at night is not an option as there are a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquitonet. I WAS PROMISED A VENTILATOR AND NEVER GOT IT. The owner did not pick up her phone and didn t reply to messages. GREAT PLACE BUT BRING A VENTILATOR, ANTI MOSQUITO PRODUCTS AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT NEED

I liked the decorations in the room and the bed was super comfy and it was handy having a small fridge to keep drinks and smaller bits in.

The overhead shower had a small leak and would spray in every direction but this was not a problem for us as we used the small detachable shower head. Would be great if there was maybe drawers for clothes storage but otherwise no issues!

The room was super stylish and beautiful. It was comfy as well. The location ia great. The staff was super helpful and responsive. Liked the automated locks and easy check-in procedure.

Really tiny mishaps: the light of the TV (it's really bright and hita you exactly in the eye at night) and the refrigerator (can be loud sometimes).

Cosy and great location

The bath was beautiful, very modern and quiet location. Size of room.was great. Walking distance to main areas.

There was a full coffee cup left in the room assuming from previous guests. There was also no handsoap or shampoo and conditioner. Balcony looked out to people's yards. No compromise on check in times.

Not worth the money

Nice room, comfy bed, and good shower. Also in a good location about 10 minutes from the city centre

Host was difficult to deal with. Check-in was only allowed an hour after the advertised time which was already late at 3pm. No information was given until the last minute. As for the room itself, as mentioned in other reviews there is no door for the shower/toilet which isn't great. Plus there was an incredible amount of dust under the bed. Finally no soap provided, which you expect at even the most basic of hotels

I asked for balloons for my boyfriends birthday and send a reminder 2 times. But still did forget… that was a bummer. Also no soap at the sinks. Also you could hear a lot, on the streets but also teh neighboors and staircase.

Beautiful room in the city center

Beautifully furnished room, enough space. Bed was between soft and hard, a good medium. Good blinds to block out most of the light.

Although I really like the concept of keyless and code entry, our door was faulty and that hindered our experience. We could connect with the venue via text but couldn't call. Might have been a faster resolution if we could quickly connect via phone call in stead of texting back and forth on a technical subject. All in all it was mitigated (not resolved) and we had a great experience

nice location, nice interior

there was a self check-in but we did not receive the code before arrival. We had to wait 30 minutes in front of the building before we finally received the code in a message after trying to call multiple times. The room was not clean at all. Bed sheets were not clean, the toilet was really dirty so we didn’t use it. There was a lot of hair everywhere..

a perfect home-stay but not a hotel experience

the room itself feels like a 5 star hotel

everything else in the hotel lacked everything that the rooms had. no light in the corridor, no visible personnel (our shampoos ended and we couldn't find anyone to contact and had to find the replacements ourselves. Also the personnel kept us texting from the booking app throughout the stay which was sometimes irritating.
