Eine FeWo, die fast allen Wünschen entspricht. Ausrüstung der Küche ist ok. Gutes Mobiliar und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Betten sind gut. Nur die Entlüftung der Toilette ist vollkommen unzureichend. Da gehört ein elektrischer Abzug mit guter Saugkraft an den Abluftschacht.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Nachteil ist die Beach-Box direkt gegenüber am Strandübergang. Die Beach-Box spielt ihre Musik tagsüber recht laut, was schon anstrengend werden kann, wenn man den schönen Balkon der Wohnung nutzt.
