Welcome to your completely renovated 2-room vacation apartment, which, as a corner unit on the top floor of the building, offers a special living experience. With approximately 48 m² of living space and high-quality amenities, this stylish residence is ideal for 2–3 people. A spacious south-facing balcony with balcony furniture and cushions invites you to relax, while the private parking space right next to the building provides additional convenience.
The entire apartment features elaborate custom woodwork and fine materials that create an exclusive atmosphere.
Lower Level:
From the inviting entryway with a coat closet, you enter the bright and welcoming living room with direct access to the large south-facing balcony, the new shower room with a window, and the separate single bedroom. The light-filled living area is equipped with a modern sofa bed (sleeping surface 1.60 x 2.00 m), a separate dining area with a cozy bench right next to the large window, a flat-screen cable TV, and a radio. The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the space. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding houses, the dune landscape, and the southern part of Westerland. The new bathroom features a corner shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a window that lets in pleasant natural light.
The separate small bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m, single-piece mattress). The modern, open-concept kitchen with a window offers the highest level of comfort and is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave-oven combination, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. The basic amenities also include a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
Upper level: consisting of a large storage room with ample space for suitcases, a clothes rack, and other items, as well as a beautiful view of the city.
