This charming, non-smoking, 2-room ground-floor vacation apartment (approx. 45 m²) facing west can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture, cushions, and direct access from the living area.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll pass through an inviting entryway with a coat rack into the open-concept living area, the cozy bedroom, and the bright shower room/restroom. The living area features a comfortable seating area consisting of two two-seater sofas, as well as a separate dining area. Entertainment is provided by a radio and a flat-screen cable TV. The integrated, open-concept kitchenette rounds out the amenities and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The basic amenities also include a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and two spacious wardrobes. The nearly new bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Additional amenities include a free outdoor parking space right next to the house and a laundry room in the basement with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
