This charming, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment spans approximately 45 m² and accommodates 2 people. It is located on the 1st floor and features a sunny south-facing balcony equipped with a beach chair, stylish balcony furniture, and cushions—from which you can enjoy the view of the outdoors. The apartment includes a private parking space right next to the house.
Upon entering, you pass through an inviting entryway with a coat rack to reach the various living areas. The open-concept living area features a two-seater sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 65 x 140 cm, ideal for a child), two comfortable armchairs, and a separate dining area. Entertainment options include a flat-screen cable TV, radio, and CD player; a telephone is also available. From here, you have direct access to the new, open kitchenette, which is integrated into the living area.
The modern kitchenette features a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a window. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment. The separate bedroom is furnished with a fixed double bed consisting of two single mattresses (86 x 200 cm). The bright shower room/restroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Additional amenities include a bike rack at the building and a laundry room in the basement, where coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available.
