This charming, 2-room, non-smoking vacation rental with approximately 55 m² of living space on the 2nd floor facing west is ideal for up to 2 people looking for a quiet retreat. The spacious west-facing balcony, equipped with balcony furniture, cushions, and—from Easter through October—a beach chair, invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun to the fullest.
Upon entering the apartment, you pass through an inviting entryway with a coat rack into the open living area, the bedroom, and the bright shower room/restroom. The living area features a comfortable three-seater sofa, a separate dining area, and a flat-screen cable TV, along with a radio, telephone, and Wi-Fi. From here, you have direct access to the balcony. The modern, open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with four burners, and a refrigerator; basic amenities also include a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 180 x 200 cm, consisting of two single mattresses), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A staircase leads to the attic, where another elegantly designed bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink awaits you.
Additional amenities include a free outdoor parking space directly next to the house, as well as a laundry room in the basement with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
