Matteotti 21 Rooms

Al secondo piano di un palazzo storico situato sul corso principale a due passi dalla Fontana di Diana quindi in posizione centralissima ma tuttavia molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Questo host possiede 3 stanze indipendenti introdotte da un piacevole,luminoso e anche profumato atrio privato. Ho trovato la mia stanza elegante, moderna, c’è una sorta di “cabina-armadio aperta” dove riporre valigie ed appendere vestiti, climatizzatore, ampio bagno, mini balconcino che da sul cortile interno. sono inoltre presenti un piccolo tavolo con 2 sedie bollitore e macchina del caffè. Nel mio caso ho fatto self-check-in ma il gestore è stato anche da remoto sempre assolutamente gentile, disponibile e tempestivo in ogni momento. Un posto dove tornerei davvero molto volentieri!

Solo un suggerimento, lasciate magari qualche molletta da bucato visto che avete il balconcino con i fili 😉

This was in the total right place in Ortigia for everything-everything walkable very easily The bus from the bus station in Siracusa stops literally a few doos up from here which is perfect The comfiest bed and pillows of anywhere I have ever stayed Check in instructions were spot on and very easy to follow I forgot to leave my city tax and offered to send via PayPal but the host said did not need to do this thank you

Unfortunately there were two things that really let this place down 1) the shower was old, rusty and as such a lot of the water holes were blocked and did not work. Not a lot of water coming out of the shower at all So disappointing as a refreshing shower is what you need after a hot day, especially after the beach If the shower had been working overall rating would have been an 8 I have informed the host 2) the balcony is miniscule and a huge plant pot and plant take up a quarter if it. No way two could sit on here - one is a massive squeeze
