This apartment exceeded every expectation. The view over Lapad Bay is simply breathtaking — easily one of the best panoramas I’ve ever had in Dubrovnik. The apartment was spotless on arrival, maintained to a genuinely high standard, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: quiet, scenic, and within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, and the waterfront promenade. Despite being close to everything, the apartment still feels private and relaxing. The host was exceptional — professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was clear and fast from start to finish, and every detail was handled with care. Overall, this stay was flawless. If you’re looking for the ideal place in Dubrovnik with an unforgettable view, absolute cleanliness, and a top-tier host, this is the one. Highly recommended.

Stay for the views!

Stay here for the views. There are even more amazing than the pictures. We spent hours on the balcony looking out at the beautiful views. That’s what would bring us back. I wouldn’t describe the residence as luxury. It is a bit basic otherwise, with modest furnishings and adequate bedrooms. Kitchen is practical. A/c is excellent. Beds are a bit soft. Mostly clean apartment with a couple minor issues here and there. Price is good for Dubrovnik. Parking is a little tricky. A car is not necessary. Ubers are plentiful. We would recommend to others who prioritize amazing views.

Mateo was a fantastic host, gave great tips on local trips etc and what to avoid. The apartment was absolutely perfect, had everything we needed and so clean and modern, best part the views, such amazing sunsets in the balcony!

Amazing location and views. Matteo was an excellent host who provided local recommendations and was very responsive. A short car/bus trip into Old Town and walk to beautiful Sunset Beach/supermarket and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic place and strongly recommend it!

We quickly learned that in Dubrovnik it’s best to stay a little away from the old town, so this was a great location and walking distance to a public beach, the promenade and a 5 star resort. We arrived at the properly following a huge ordeal and were close to tears, not knowing what to expect. Despite the late timing and difficult situation, Ivan showed up with a smile and let us in. He was fantastic, hospitable, understanding and helpful! The apartment was clean despite the short notice, and had everything we could possibly need! A complimentary water bottle in the fridge and some biscuits and fruit on the table. Every room had its own aircondition so you could comfortably adjust the temperature for yourself without disturbing others. Balcony had a lovely view and nice sitting area with table and chairs too. This apartment definitely exceeded our expectations and would be classed as a 5 star stay. Plus the price was very reasonable and totally worth it. Parking is also available on site, especially since it’s best to take public transport or a taxi when going to the old town. Last but not least, the shower was powerful and excellent, probably the better than all the top hotels we’ve stayed in!

We have to think very hard to find something we don’t like. Everything was great. Would totally go back there!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Luxury Residence. The view was breathtaking (both day and night) and the location was brilliant. Everything was spotless and the interior of the apartment was beautiful. Management were fantastic, efficient and polite. Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

sunset Luxury Residence was amazing, Ivan was really helpful and accommodating and gave some great tips on places to eat and things to do in the local area and was also helpful with any excursions, the property itself was very clean and finished to a high spec and fully equipped with anything needed in terms of cooking etc, the views from the balcony were beautiful and it was nice having somewhere to relax in the evenings. the property is situated in a perfect location which is only a sort walk to the beach, local restaurants and the supermarket, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
