View from balcony was absolutely beautiful! Host provided cloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll etc which was very helpful

The steps up the apartment are not for the faint hearted!!! Also the Sun loungers on beach were €80 per day for 4 and 2 umbrellas just to be aware

The apartment clean, well equipped. The bed very comfortable. The balcony decent size with stunning views. Easy access to Dubrovnik number 4 bus stop at the bottom of the steps €5.00 return Communication with the owner Mateo really good, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable .

Access to the property is either up 170 steep steps or 250 meter walk up a steepish road from the main rd.

We had a great experience. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight, but the self check-in instructions provided by Mateo were clear and easy to follow—we were settled in within minutes. The apartment was excellent, with breathtaking views. It’s brand new, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were slightly on the softer side, but still comfortable. Mateo was a fantastic host, offering helpful tips and guidance for getting around Dubrovnik and suggestions for nearby excursions. The property is located on a hill, but we found getting around very easy using Uber—rides to the Old Town were quick, affordable (around €8), and always available within a couple of minutes. Overall, a great place to stay with incredible views. We would definitely recommend it!
