Thanks to the SanSe Holidays Team, we had a great stay in a pleasant apartment. As someone with dietary restrictions, it was important for me to be able to cook, and the apartment was well equipped with enough utensils to do so. Despite some of the older negative reviews, it’s clear that the place has been improved and renovated. It looks just like the pictures. The gated setting also made us feel very safe—we even felt comfortable leaving the windows open at night, as they are only on one side. Yes, the apartment is located on a hill, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk. Inside, there is plenty of light, and the additional lighting makes the space feel warm, comfortable, and home-like. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the bathroom is modern. While the floor may not be brand new, it is absolutely fine and adds a bit of charm. The location is good — we were able to reach everything on foot approximately 15-25 minutes, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks again to the team.

For us it seemed all fine. We are fit people that can walk up a hill for a few minutes and walking is a habit.

La posizione: in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di San Sebastian. Abbastanza spazioso, presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice.

- appena entrati abbiamo sentito subito un forte odore di umidità e muffa che è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno. - sapevamo che saremmo arrivati in 4 ma c’erano coperte e lenzuola solo per il letto matrimoniale. La prima notte siamo surgelati. - mancava l’asciugacapelli - ogni giorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio diverso, l’ultimo giorno era sul letto! - abbiamo subito chiesto assistenza per lenzuola, coperte e asciugacapelli ma sono arrivati il giorno dopo: solo coperta e asciugacapelli. Il terzo giorno è finalmente arrivato il copri materasso che è stato semplicemente mollato nel giardinetto. Per fortuna è stato l’unico giorno senza pioggia. - lo sciacquone funzionava male; è capitato che non potessimo tirare l’acqua per un giorno intero. - avevo già letto che c’erano dei gradini in salita per arrivare all’appartamento e noi non abbiamo problemi di deambulazione. Ma immagino che per chi non se ne accorge e non riesce a fare così tanti gradini debba essere scritto a caratteri cubitali nella descrizione.
