Family of 4 with 8 and 12 year old. Easy check in and pre check details were very clear. Minimal construction work outside posed no interruption. Owner left a bottle of wine for us on arrival which was a lovely gesture but not required. Thanks :) Very convenient for old town and La Concha beach. But located in the better area of Gros with all its lovely bars and restaurants. A welcome break from the very hot tourist spots. A lovely large clean apartment. Would stay again.

Great location to explore Donostia. The hosts were welcoming and communicative.
Sadly there were building works to the building exterior which meant we couldn’t use the balcony. The hosts did communicate this beforehand so it was no surprise to us but such a shame as it was a lovely apartment.
