About this apartment rental
The Decor apartment is perfectly located in the Gros neighborhood next to La Zurriola beach and the Kursaal congress center. Next to the River Urumea and two steps from the Old Town and the city center, which is accessed by the nearby Kursaal bridge.
It is a nice apartment located on the top floor of the building with side views of the Urumea River.
We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are:
- We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.
For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.
The apartment consists of:
- Comfortable and pleasant outside lounge.
- Kitchen incorporated into the living room fully equipped.
- Exterior main room with balcony with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
- Interior room to house patio with two single beds and wardrobe.
- Large fully equipped bathroom with shower.
It consists of:
- Washing machine.
- Refrigerator.
- Oven.
- Induction plaque.
- Small household appliances. (Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hair dryer, iron, etc.)
- Complimentary sheets, towels, shampoo, gel and toilet paper).
- WIFI
- TV
- Individual heating.
- Intercom.
We collaborate with a company specialized in à la carte tours of the Basque Country.
We have taxi service.
Check in (IN-PERSON) is from 16:00. until 21:00 hours.

The check out is until 11:00
Security deposit € 300, (pre-authorization or by providing a credit card) at check-in, refundable in the event of no damage.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 22:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 23:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
