The location was fantastic. It was minutes from the beach and in a neighbourhood with many great food options. It is also a short walk from the old town. The apartment itself suited our needs very well for a family of four with young children. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They facilitated a later checkout and we were able to leave our bags in the office close by as our flight was not until the evening.
It was a little hot in the apartment but was unseasonably warm at that time. It was a little difficult to sleep so an additional fan would have been welcome.

Excellent from start to finish. Fab location. Allowed early check-in. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds & sofa.
Closing the apartment door took a little getting used to as is pretty sensitive to getting the closure mechanism 'just right'. Makes a horrible noise if you get it slightly wrong - which must be annoying for the neighbours - sorry!

Close to the old town, restaurants and bars and the beach. San Sebastián is a brick and vibrant city.
Communication was mediocre- check in not smooth. Beds in second room very small. Lighting in hallways not always working and very dark. No windows to the outside. Organizing transportion ie taxi very difficult and very expensive. Online check in system overly complicated unlike all other booking.com properties I have booked
