APARTAMENTO EN GROS, SAN SEBASTIÁN Zurriola Beach

Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de cafetería, Bar y restaurantes. Bien céntrico para pasear y pasarla bien

El apartamento estaba limpio pero no tiene aire acondicionado solo tres abanicos para cuatro cuartos. En este tiempo de verano es muy caluroso hasta de noche. Y si se deja las ventanas abiertas el ruido de la cuidad no se puede dormir. Con aire acondicionado por lo menos en los cuartos el apartamento fuera genial alquilarlo muchas veces.

Property was easy to access and set in a great location. There was plenty of room to spread out as a family of 4. Very relaxing place to stay with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. The steak restaurant across the street was amazing. The host checked to make sure ever was ok. Would definitely go back.

Close to the beach and the old town. Huge Lounge/dining area. Great for a family group with 2 x double and 2 x single bedrooms. Lift upstairs very helpful.

No air conditioning and only fans that worked well with windows wide open.

The location was perfect. Lots of amenities close by, bars, bakery, supermarket. The beaches were fabulous. Everywhere was walkable. The apartment was clean and lounge area was comfortable.

We have used Booking.com for years and this is the first time I’ve given negative feedback, the descriptions are usually accurate. A few things weren’t working e.g the door knob to the master bedroom. The door had to be kept wedged open as it couldn’t be opened from the inside. A chest of drawers couldn’t be used as it collapsed due to a missing foot. The host was unconcerned, said she knew about these issues and would repair them in the winter. The bedrooms were dingy and needed lights on in the day. The temperature was very hot and we had no air-con or even a fan to cool the bedrooms which were stifling. We were disturbed throughout the nights by people walking on the street below talking and laughing loudly (even 4-5am). Also, visitors might expect a ‘balcony’ to be a place they might sit on or have a nice view from. The balcony was about 18 inches deep close to neighbouring blocks. And the ‘hot tub’ was a bath with jets. We had not been aware the apartment was on the 5th floor but this was not a problem and the lift worked well.
