Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Der Raum zum Wäsche aufhängen war eher eine Rumpelkammer.

Our contact, Maddi, was very nice and helpful. She reached out before our reservation to facilitate the check in process and provided great directions and instructions to access the apartment. When we arrived and couldn’t open the main door, she helped us get in and find the correct unit. Everything was very clean. She later answered a few questions and explained how to use the washing machine. The building is centrally located and a quick walk to the beach, old town and walking distance from the bus station and all of the best places to eat and points of interest. It also includes a parking spot which we didn’t use but is a great option if you are driving.

The property does not have AC and once you open the windows, there isn’t much ventilation, even on a cool night and it is extremely noisy as you can hear the traffic from cars, motorcycles, garbage collectors and there’s a bar mid way down the block that is sometimes busy past 2am. The extreme heat and noise can make it difficult to sleep. You can probably block the noise in the winter but in the summer, you are forced to open the windows because it gets very warm. The only fan in the unit has a broken paddle and doesn’t work. You will find 1 towel and pillow per person but you can pick up anything needed at the nearby bazaar. The unit lacks a few things that can make it more convenient and cozy like towel racks, hooks to hang stuff, bath mats, soap dish in the bathtubs, etc. The washing machine is not a 2 in 1 so you will have to hang your laundry in the clothing rack to dry.
