Location is nice, 3 blocks to the Gros beach. The apartment is in a walkable distance to main attractions. Host answers very fast.
Rooms are very small, very noisy place. There is no air conditioning, impossible to open the windows to sleep due to noise, unbearable to sleep in the summer, very hot. Bad cleaning, specially in the bathroom, inside the shower. There is no parking in the building, one very close, paid in cash to the host when we arrived.

Great location, spacious. Informative host.
The property was not very clean. There was alot of dust everywhere (for example the vent in the bathroom and the mini fans in the double room). The floor was also really dirty, my socks were so dirty from walking around and when I was barefoot at one point found a lot of dirt and sand on my feet.

Great location and the host was helpful when required. The apartment was well designed.
The block out blinds are good.
No fans in the rooms. The rooms require air movement. Very little toilet paper and dishwahing tablets.

very comfy, nice flat with everything you could need. great location, very helpful team.
it’s not so much the property but when we visited it was very hot out so needed to open the windows at night to be able to sleep. sadly the street is very loud. the bar across the street closes at 11 so that wasn’t a big deal but people dropping recycling into the bin below was so loud, especially when they collected it at 6 in the morning. when they windows were closed you can’t really hear much so if you went when it was a bit cooler it would be fine.
