Goede locatie, dicht bij strand en gemakkelijk om de stad te bereiken. Bedden mooi opgemaakt en alles netjes.
Zeer vochtige ruimtes, en heel donker, als een kelder. Niet goed om een langere tijd in te verblijven of overdag rond te hangen.
