Sehr gute Lage am Rand von Gros, Strand, Wandergebiet und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Große Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Genügend Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Geschirreiniger und sogar Waschmittel vorhanden. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber.
Ein Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus. Dieser ist sehr schmutzig und es riecht stark nach Essensdünsten anderer Wohnungen. Jetzt im Winter war es durch die Lage im 1. Stock sehr dunkel in der Wohnung. Aus den Abflüssen der Duschen kam ein Geruch, wenn man sie 1 Tag nicht benutzt hatte.

Location, near the beach, bakery, cafe, supermarket etc. Relatively quiet for city location. Size and comfort of the apartment. Modern and spacious, nicely decorated, blackout shutters, very small central courtyard to hang out items to dry. Old town is an easy walk along the promenade.
Small things. The plumbing in one bathroom did on occasion smell quite bad. Pretty common for buildings like this in the centre of the city though. Just kept the door closed and it was no problem. The registration for the app door code was a time consuming and IMO required far to much data e.g. a photo of my family members holding their passports feels unnecessary. Make sure you do it in advance.
