Es bonito, espacioso. El barrio esta bien.
El aire no funcionaba bien y se apagaba constantemente. La única manera de encenderlo era apagar y encender los plomos. Se lo comunicamos a la agencia pero no vino nadie. Estas a pie de calle por lo que dormir con la ventana abierta dificulta el sueño..nos pillo la ola de calor. No se puede aparcar al lado por lo que hay que ir a parking privado y es bastante caro.

Ubicación razonable para ir andando al Centro y apartamento moderno y prácticamente nuevo (rehabilitado)
Poco confort interior. El sofá no era sofá-cama, por lo que no era muy apropiado para dormir un adulto. Los baños no disponían de accesorios para dejar las toallas mojadas. Obligaba a tener el tendedero en el Salón. Reserva para 5 personas y solamente 4 juegos de toallas. Se nota que la gestión no está Personalizada. Zona de difícil aparcamiento si vas con coche. Alternativa de Parking Público muy cara. Limitación importante
