Le petit jardin très au calme avec les chaises longues. Le lit de la grande chambre. La douche / salle de bains pas du tout humide. La table et le fer à repasser pour préparer nos habits de mariage. Le lave linge de très bonne qualité.
Les volets déplorables dans la petite chambre et la grande chambre. Le bruit du voisinage et des travaux alentours. Dans la cuisine, pas de maniques pour attraper les plats du four. Un micro-ondes placé trop haut pour les personnes de petites taille.

La décoration, le jardin, l’agencement de l’appartement , sa disposition et la proximité d’un parking en plein centre-ville
Rien, si ce n’est que la serrure de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement ne fonctionne plus. Seul le verrou ferme la porte. Ce défaut pourrait être préjudiciable au propriétaire et aux occupants du fait qu’il rend l’intrusion sans doute plus facile ! Je tenais juste à signaler ce point de détail qui ne remet pas en cause l’appréciation générale.

Manque double des clés. Pas de réponse à mes mails avant mais réactivité importante de la gestionnaire du bien.
