Host is very very friendly and helpful. It is a cosy place nearby the centre and nearby the borders of the river Seine. Bathroom was clean and OK, kitchen could be better. Parking place in the neighbourhood is free of charge.
It was a pity that the WIFI did not work well and the toilet was not in a good condition. There is a small very cosy garden, but the bins were in the middle of the place. It was not attractive to eat outside.

The courtyard garden was quiet and serene and the owner is a really lovely woman. It is right in the centre of a very pretty village.

Nice that it was on its own on the other side of the courtyard. Good view of the church roof from the bedroom window. Fun and interesting decor. Gorgeous shower. Lovely lady greeted us and made us feel welcome.
Wifi not working. Cleaning the place when we got there and took a bit of time. Space had quite a bit of clutter in it - possibly used by someone as an artist's studio when not rented out? Lots of cleaning products left on display. Rubbish bag from previous occupants was left inside.
