Overnight lodging for travelling through L-L-N / Wavre

It was a small room, with double bed and an en suite bathroom. It was very clean. We didn't meet the owner, the key was in a locked box outside (opened with code). A person living in the front of the house helped.

Strong smell of smoke in hallway. Room was smoke-free though, Paint on ceilings in both bedroom and bathroom was peeling off, not a good impression. There was no shop or restaurant nearby. No possibility of buying breakfast. I was staying with my daughter so wanted two single beds, no possibility here either - I slept on floor. The place felt overpriced unfortunately.

It was expensive for 1 nights sleep. No toiletries, no bedding, no towels. No coffee or tea making facilities.

it’s too too costly without basic facilities and its not advisable for family with kids. but for couple it’s ok.

located in nice Place and it’s neat

No facilities like Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, hot water stops suddenly etc , staff Speak’s only local language and he don’t know English at all for us we faced very difficult to communicate. its not advisable for family with kids. For couple it’s ok.

the queen bed may result a bit too small for 2 adults and it would be nice to have a cot in case travelling with young children:)other than that everything was perfect

Quiet

The location : a typical quiet Belgian neighborhood. Near by Aqualibi/Walabi. Beds were pretty comfortable. Managed to sleep well. Easy parking on site. Felt secure.

Hard to find the house, no numbers on any houses, just a small number on the mailbox, and link from booking to Google maps sent us to the wrong address. Some smoke smell in the hallway.

S'il n'y a pas de fête, l'endroit peu être agréable

La chambre et la salle de bain était propre et le lit était confortable

Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait du monde et une grosse fête avec énormément de bruit, de la musique diffusée à un volume élevé... J'avais besoin d'un endroit calme pour me reposer, j'ai du partir quelques heures parce que le repos était impossible. Le bruit s'est arrêté vers 23:00. C'est domage car l'endroit aurait pu être sympa pour y revenir, je ne prendrai plus le risque de réserver et arriver un jour de "Fête improvisée" par le propriétaire.

We reisden als gezin. Mijn man, dochter van 11jaar en ikzelf. We verbleven op de boven verdieping van een huis. De eigenaar verbleef ook in het huis. We beschikten over 2 slaapkamers. Beiden hadden een dubbel bed en een kleerkast. De bedden zijn van prima kwaliteit. Het is er rustig om te slapen. Je kan de kamers sluiten, je hebt een kamersleutel. De ene kamer had een velux (zonder gordijn), als je daar slaapt neem je best een ooglapje mee. De andere kamer had een badkamer, met een zitdouche, wastafel en wc. Er was ook een frigo, waterkoker, microgolf en TV in deze kamer. Er lag ook thee en oploskoffie. In deze kamer was er een gordijn aanwezig. De kamers zijn erg netjes. Er viel niets aan te merken op de hygiëne. Wij waren de hele dag weg en vonden het dus een prima accomodatie. Het is natuurlijk geen verblijf om een halve dag in de besteden, want je kan niet buiten. Je kan er netjes parkeren op de oprit. De gastheer Charlie was een erg vriendelijk man. Er was een heel goede communicatie. Vele activiteiten liggen op een korte afstand. Walibi, centrum Brussel, LLN, ....

L’odeur de cigarette vraiment trop présente le soir et encore bien pire le matin vraiment pas agréable du tout

L’emplacement est idéal si on souhaite profiter du parc Walibi à bas prix (seulement 9min de route). Le propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse. Le logement est bien équipé (télé, bain avec douche, grande armoire …) et même de quoi se faire un café le matin. Je recommande pour un court séjour

Alles was voorhanden wat we nodig hadden. Een koelkastje, fijne badkamer, de bordjes, tassen,... Gemakkelijke bedden
