Exceeded my expectations!

I chose this hotel as a convenient break in my journey and to explore a bit more of the area. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much. My room was big and the bed comfortable, simple and clean. Breakfast was available in an area close to the rooms, some have criticised the breakfast but I found it fine, There was plenty of car parking and the wifi worked. I ate twice in the attractive restaurant where the food was superb and the staff lovely.

A couple of small points only, I prefer a wall mounted shower, not one you have to hold in a bath. At breakfast there were individual plates made up in the fridge of salami and cheese, no one seemed to take these, better a separated choice.

Worth the price but that's it

The location is ok. Close to Charleroi Airport and close to main roads. It is even close to two cities bur still in a pleasent country side.

The room is not so confortable, the shower is "orrible" and the staff is not collaborative: doors were closed and they saw me outside waiting without inviting me to go in ... I had to call them on the phone!

Noise from outside and very warm inside-maybe good for one night if there is no other options!

The view to the farm with full of horses was fantastic. The price was moderate and fairly worth it for one night quick sleeping. Easy to checkin-in and check-out Kind employees Quiet place out of the city but suitable if you have car

In front of the room was a coffee machine used by all guest. It was difficult to sleep because of the sound during night and early in the morning when breakfast time started at 6 a.m! perhaps the rooms at the end of the corridor didn't have such problem. Ours was the room no. 1 and in front of the coffee machine and breakfast tables. The sofa bed made noises as well. There was no coffee maching, water, glasses, etc. inside and I had to go out and grab the things that we needed. It was more like a restaurant having a couple of rooms on the second floor. The room was very warm. we couldn't open the window during night because there was no net guard on the window. We tried to adjust the accumulator but the warm in the room didn't change. Fairly difficult night. It might be tolerable if you have heavy sleep and usually don't wakeup with sounds around you during night. We didn't have breakfast there.

A great place to stay

Friendly staff, who spoke English. Room was clean tidy and spacious. Nice breakfast at a reason price, including fresh strawberries. But the best thing was the fondue restaurant on site. It was excellent.

Staff was not present during the breakfirst. The butter was missing. Finally we found someone to help us. Breakfirst was just okey but should be improved.

Das Personal war freundlich

Wir haben 16 Euro für ein Frühstück gezahlt, dass wir nicht hatten, da ein anderer Gast unsere Sachen aufgegessen hat. Die Betten waren unbequem. Die Fenster sind undicht und es zog im Zimmer. Staub in den Ecken. Dusche funktionierte zwar, war aber halb kaputt. Ich hab echt kaum Ansprüche, aber so ein runter gekommene Unterkunft hatte ich dann noch nicht. Oben drauf kommt der Stress mit dem Frühstück.

Les rideaux non opactant dans une chambre qui fait face aux néons de l'hôtel en pleine nuit. Difficile de dormir. Assez mauvaise isolation, pas mal de bruit pendant la nuit et tôt le matin.

zweckdienliches Hotel, sauber, gute Verkehrsanbindung

Das Zimmer ist funktional. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist sauber. Das Bett war super. Der Lärm der Strasse war mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu hören. Nach Absprache durfte ich später einchecken.

Bien insonorisé malgré que ce soit au bord de la route. Grand parking . La chambre double est grande, bemol, deux lit simple accolé.

La personne qui m'as accueilli était très désagréable, aucune politesse, voici les clefs, voici le code d'entrée, vous réglez carte ou espece, au revoir Chambre très froide, chauffage lancé à fond toute la nuit et malgré ça il fait toujours froid au petit matin. Les poubelles sbd n'étaient même pas vidées Pas de savon ni gel douche dans les distributeurs muraux. Aucune chaîne télé ne fonctionnait. Prise murale pour charger son téléphone loin du lit sinon il faut débrancher la lampe de chevet et donc pas de lumière dans la nuit Petit dej : croissant ou pain chocolat de la veille, mini boîte de céréales, café ou chocolat chaud 8 euros par personne tout de même le petit dej, heureusement je les avait vu ça m'a permis de pas prendre l'option Tres déçu pour un 3 étoiles.
