Sara Apartment

The appointment was nice and clean and all we need while visiting Split, all supplies were provided from coffee sugar even laundry detergent. The location was perfect minutes walk to the old split and to the water front. The was very nice and friendly and accommodating.

Nothing we didn't like about the appointment. You have to count the apartment on the third floor, little of a hike for older people.

The apartment was perfect! 1 min walk from the riva promenade, restaurants and boat rides and marina! The apartment had everything u need! Host left vanish washing powder to spf. He left orange juice water and a lovely box of chocolates to welcome! I cannot forget the owner! He was so kind! My daughter had got sick whilst there and I messaged to ask for a late check out and within few mins he arrived to see how she is doing! And told us to stay for as long as we need until our flight! Without paying any extra, he said it's on him 🥹 very kind man will always remember his kind gesture!! Best location with best service! Will definitely stay again! 2 Minimarts less then a minute if u are going to cook! Thank you so much 🙏

Appartamento proprio adiacente alla zona pedonale . appartamento ristrutturato di recente molto carino.

Ingresso e scale vecchie.È al terzo piano senza ascensore.Le note più negative sono state la finestra della cucina/soggiorno non ha niente per schermare la luce mattutina, quindi chi dorme nel divano letto la mattina presto sarà svegliato dalla luce del sole!!Altra cosa molto molto negativa è stata che al nostro arrivo il boiler era spento, anche da acceso l'acqua non si scaldava . Abbiamo contattato la struttura, hanno visto anche loro il problema, ma non hanno fatto niente nell' immediato. Di conseguenza ci siamo fatti la doccia fredda. Il giorno dopo sembrava funzionare, abbiamo pensato avessero risolto,ma dopo la prima doccia l'acqua era ghiacciata e anche dopo più di un'ora era fredda.
